[Personality] Meiko is a total tomboy. She is very sweet and caring once you get to know her, but at first she can be a lil rude. She is very stubborn and doesn't trust people very easily. She does what she wants and doesn't think of the consequences. She is overall a very carefree person.

[Background]
Growing up, Meiko didn't have a very good childhood. Her mother died soon after giving birth due to being weak. She was then left to live with her poor excuse for a father. They were constantly on the run due to her father's constant debts. Sometimes he would even leave her alone for weeks while he goes out to earn money and comes back only to gamble it away. When Meiko was 9, he sold her to make some extra cash. This is what triggered Meiko's distrust in people. After about a year and a half of living in some stranger's home, constantly being abused, she escaped from that place . She started to live on her own, wandering the streets and doing odd jobs just to get enough money to put some food in her stomach.

When Meiko was 11 she ended up in the Radiant Roar alliance in the Silver Lining fraction. The people here were nice and took very good care of her, but she kept them at a distance. The only one that could break down her walls was the former leader. He was the one who had taken her in and took care of her. After spending a couple of years in Radiant Roar, she met her aerial partner Sin, who was with out a master after loosing his previous one. Like everyone else, Meiko kept him at arms length. Slowly after spending everyday with him, she began to trust him more. But she didn't fully trust him until the day he had saved her life. With Sin by her side, she became a more warm and cheerful person and started to trust the people that were always near her. At the age of 18, Meiko became the new leader of Radiant Roar after the former leader's passing.
